Went for a parasol the lady behind thd till could not havd been nicer or more helpful. She even arranged for one of the male staff to carry it to thd car for me. The quality of the items sold in Dunelm are fab. Just love my new parasol.

My order has been delayed by three weeks, and it seems no one is taking any responsibility for it. I’ve had to reschedule the delivery twice because they cancelled on me for various reasons – none of which were on my end, as I was home and ready each time they said they would come.nnI’ve been in touch with Customer Service, the Dunelm Delivery Network, their warehouse, and even the shop itself. After all that, I’ve had no choice but to cancel the order. It’s unbelievable how little anyone seems to care. I’ll definitely never be stepping foot in a Dunelm store again.

Called on to pickup a large hurricane lantern that was reduced down to £35.nnUpon entering we were greeted by a 'Rita the greeter' who was cheery and pleasant.nnThe store is quite deceptively large, very easy to wander around and lose your other half.nnThey have a great selection of mirrors and photo frames.nnThe bedding section is vast too.nnI love to browse around the crafting and haberdashery section, they have a great selection and I'm always tempted by their crafting kits.nnComing up to spring they have a great selection of toys and games for the garden as well as picnic paraphernalia.

Went to Dunelm looking for a bed settee my husband found a member of staff in store her name was Moira I think she was absolutely lovely could not do enough to help us she sorted out the measurements for us I was over the moon with her knowledge brilliant could not ask for more help you got a brilliant member of staff

Nice little cafe in here, friendly staff as well
