I called in my lunch hour to collect a reserved item. I paid for the item and waited to be called to collect it. As soon as I was called I went to my collection point. The person dealing with collections went to serve on the till!! I then stood for 10 minutes and waited whilst a member of staff walked past me but did not serve me. Another customer approached the fast track lane and the member of staff on the till went to help her and ignore her. Only after I asked him to help me did he then serve me. Another 5 people were waiting for their items as well. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Understaffed and while there was a queue of 20 people and 2 staff on the collection desk, one of them sees it appropriate to go on his break leaving the other to fend for herself.

Staff very efficient and friendly. I'm sure that I will visit this store again even though I live 16 miles away from the Cramlington area.

Typical Argos. Nothing startling. Don't go if you're in a hurry. Not the fastest checkout ever.

Friendly staff and good service. The Fast Track queue is almost always empty, but can require a short wait during high volume times such as Christmas. There are a few chairs for waiting on in-store purchases. Parking can be a bit busy, but least busy before 9am and after 3pm.
