After buying sofas from Delcor's now closed Newcastle City Centre shop in 1998. I decided to give them a new lease of life and have them recovered. From start to finish the process was seamless and friendly. I love my new sofa's, the quality and workmanship is still amazing and I love the new material, I choose. Special thanks to Dave and Paul who picked up my old sofas and delivered my new ones. You were both so lovely. Here's to the next 24 years.
Dave and Paul delivered my new gorgeous Bliss Sofa and Armchair this morning and couldn’t have been a more professional couple of guys! Nothing was too much bother and even put out and covered the old furniture. I am delighted with the service from Delcor start to finish. I have had my old Delcor sofa and chair fully reupholstered by Delcor and I am thrilled with the finish. It has given them both a new lease of life. Excellent customer service and beautiful showroom in the lovely historic house in Seaton Delaval.
Many thanks for the brilliant advice and guidance from the team at Delcor. At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a decision about fabric or style of either our sofa bed or scatter cushions. Julie was there to answer our questions and support our discussion and decisions at every stage. In fact we were so thrilled that we then decided to order a separate and coordinating chair made for the same room. It was slightly modified in both height and width for us and yet still retains its proportions perfectly. It is a luxurious addition to our sitting room! The final overall result is stunning. We're completely delighted and of course would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Delcor. We've been customers for many, many years and have never been disappointed. Thank you Rick and the team at Delcor.

I am extremely disappointed. In Nov 2014 I took delivery of 2 Petit chairs. Not yet 4 yrs since purchased from Seaton Delaval. They now need recovering. Poor advice to customer on the durability of the fabric despite light usage.
You should change you sales dept name to service dept From first coming though the doors a Delcour , we had the best service you could hope for from Lee, we are more than delighted with our sofa & chairs. We will be back again in the future
