Bought my new kitchen from Howdens who I have to say were quite pushy for you to place an order and contacted me several times. Decided on design and price but I never received a full priced quote just drawings and final figure. Asked to pay full amount prior to delivery, supposedly to get my job on the counter top measure and fit list. I would rather they had been honest and say it was purely for their monthly sales figures. In the end they quibbled over supplying a plinth heater saying it wasn't included in my quote but was always on the drawings etc. I would have to pay a further £84.00 plus vat which I wasn't prepared to do after all It would have been pennies for them to supply whereas it had cost me £10.5k for the kitchen. Sad end to my customer experience of Howdens.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are eager to help the public. One thing, I found the car park extremely difficult to drive to. Might just be me but it's not that clear.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great service to come and measure up and tailor the products to my needs whilst insuring that everything arrived in time for installation. I wouldn’t look passed Howden’s again in the future. Sales rep Dan was excellent, really knowledgable and great at guiding me through the process. Thanks
These guys are trying to take me to court because they missed out items from my kitchen and tried to charge me twice then never bothered to resolve the issue after many calls and promises to do so. Also if you get told you'll get a call back then just assume you never will.

Brilliant service! Dan, the kitchen designer, was extremely helpful and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Our final design was more amazing than we expected. Thank you for all of your help, we have already recommended you to all our friends and family.
Superb team of people who really know their stuff. Honest and straight forward about options and materials. Could not have had a better experience. Definitely worth a look if you want quality and well-thought out kitchens. Thanks to Phil and Dan in particular.
Great experience with Howdens Cramlington. New kitchen designed and fitted and very pleased with the outcome. Dan the kitchen designer was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and his ideas worked well to suit our needs. Overall a positive experience with Howdens, would recommend to friends and family.
Appauling service, ordered and designed our kitchen from Phil Carr at the Cramlington branch. All looked good but then the materials that were sent were such poor quality that the fitter had to take them back and get them replaced. We have had 3 fitters onsite while the build has taken place and what was designed and paid for was not possible to actually do so we are left with a lay out that we did not want and is totally impractical. Tried for 3 days to speak to the manager from the Cramlington branch but keep getting told he is in a meeting and will ring me back but never has. I finally got to speak to the guy that did the design today and he couldnt careless. Parents also have a large order in with a different branch of Howdens but after seeing what we have been through this will be getting cancelled on Monday, I would advise anyone looking for a kitchen to look elsewhere.
We called in by chance and were glad we did. The staff were all exceptional, from start to finish we were tret very well. Has given us food for thought regarding our home project.
