WORST ONLINE SOFA STORE IN THE UK This company is an utter disgrace to the UK retail scene. They sell faulty sofas and then when you complain, they charge to take them back. They make threats on the phone and then totally blank you when you want to take the complaint further. The sofas are absolute cheap knock offs. Do not waste your money. Check trustpilot for the negative reviews. Thousands of them. On their website they filter these reviews out to only show the good ones (which they probably paid for/faked). Love sofas? Dont purchase from these animals.

Got a 3, 2 and 1 from them. The chair wobbled so called them out. They came out and fixed it. Still wobbly. Seam is coming off one sofa trim. Seats all sink in as if years old. Not what I paid for. I paid for a decent suite. Would never use these people again. Con men. They use the cheapest materials going.

Bought the reclining 3 seater/2 seater and chair option and was not disappointed. The suite is perfect for our home. The two gentlemen, Kam and Akhi who delivered this suite were extremely helpful. They unpacked and checked before placing in our living room. They were both very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again and the delivery men are a credit to your company.

Poor delivery times and an imaginary ‘next day service’ with no call 30 minutes before. Terrible customer service with rude replies and unhelpful staff on the phones. Cheap quality sofas with marker pen stains on. Sofas ordered came with the wrong feet and do not match each other. Would not recommend this company at all.
