Service is wonderful. Used the click and collect service. Product was ready for me within a few hours..saves time looking around. Stores is very compact with lots of household items. Has another floor, items are displayed well. Would be visiting again as it is still a great place to browse and get inspiration for the home. Staff are more than happy to help.

Ordered some pillar candles to collect. In-store experience was exemplary - BUT when I got them home both of them were cracked (hard to see through the shrink wrap) and fell apart when opened. Tried and tried to ring, keep getting "sorry all of out line are busy, please hold" and then eventually I get cut off. Annoyed that I filled in the feedback survey last night in glowing terms - would completely revise it now.

Few years ago Dunelm was meant to be reasonably priced giving choices for majority of customers. Now they are overpriced though quality is unchanged. That's how you lose customers as they will go somewhere else that's affordable with the same quality you are offering.

Acres of housewares in a crowded outdoor mall. Best if you know what you want when going in as browsing is not terribly agreeable, but there is quite a bit of choice on display. I did find some of the labelling confusing and a few items with no price, though. Definitely to be avoided on boxing day and other such commercial days, as the aisles are not very wide and there are a lot of people in there.
