Lovely place. Only recently found out it had a cafe in there. The place is like a tardis. Kitchens, bathrooms, log burners, art, cafe, gorgeous lighting section and a section that sells everything from hand bags to tea towels. Love it I go there often now as food is good especially the cake selection.
High quality fixtures for bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. All round one-stop shop for home fixtures. Also a great range of stoves and fires, barbecues and the like. Not the cheapest, but good service. If you buy anything complex from them e.g. kitchen units, check your invoices carefully as their invoices aren't always the most accurate. Had great service overall when we bought kitchen and bathroom from them. Experienced fitters and good after sales service. Lovely coffee shop, very popular for those in the know!
If you love BBQ then I recommend you visit here. Great range. Scott was amazing and helpful. Highly recommend a visit. You can even stock up on rubs.

Design service within Bell. Thank you Rosie for taking the time during this busy period for a maintenance visit on my windows dressings. Since installing a whole house of curtains and blinds over 3 years ago, a couple of blinds needed ‘tweaking’ due to heavy handed, clumsy children! Exceptional after service and all as good as new. Always goes above and beyond. Have a great Christmas!
Summary: spent nearly £4k. Various issues, some resolved. Promised replacements for 2 items which are showing as in stock on the website but have taken over 2 months to arrive. Despite initial assistance from Paul, I've now been forgotten about and have been left witn a £1k faulty BBQ and £70 cover with a hole in it. Order 1816799 for Clementi family pizza oven. - No issues, I am very happy with this. Order 2315116 for glass door, chimney and Pulcinella stand. - Stand arrived with incorrect parts. - Replacement parts arrived the next day, I had to take the incorrect parts to the recycling centre, not a big deal. - Stand is now sorted and looks fantastic. Order 2325595 for Pit Boss Memphis and cover. - The warming shelf had been chipped not a massive deal but then someone has tried to use the wrong colour touch up paint to fix it but has done a horrendous job. Was promised a replacement for it and am still waiting for it 2 months on. - Control knobs slide off with the lightest pull. They also don't operate the gas very well as a result. Was promised replacements but am still waiting for them to arrive 2 months on. Meanwhile the BBQ is showing as in stock online. - The cover has a hole in it where it looks like it wasn't machine stitched properly. Was promised a replacement but it's been over 2 months and it hasn't arrived. Cover is showing as in stock online.
After visiting your store on 22.09.23 with the intention of purchasing the Modern Flame 1400 inset fire. Reason for choosing your store was due to the fact we’re local and would much rather “see before I buy” and also get the service I’d expect buying a £800 fire as well as support a small business. To be honest, we are completely appalled with the greeting and service we had when we arrived. I arrived with my mum and 2 children who were being very well behaved considering they are 2 and under! We walked in and felt like a complete inconvenience and not good enough to be your in store. The female who approached us had a bad attitude and made the whole situation just awkward. I felt a pain asking questions about the fire because it would mean she would have to find the answer which came across a problem! The one I wanted you didn’t have in the showroom which is fine, however there was no “oh it’d be the size of this one” or “this is similar” Nothing! I was prepared to purchase the fire upon my arrival but to be honest, I’d rather just take my chances and order online elsewhere as I’ve learnt now that paying a little bit more for the service isn’t worth it! I must add the ladies in the lounge were fabulous and your baby changing facilities are amazing so it does show you don’t mind children in your store! I’d like you to please pass this feedback on to the relevant manager as it’d be very interesting to see if you’re aware of what service your staff are providing and seem to only want one kind of audience in your store!
Stovax County 5 wood burning stove ordered from Bell Home Lifestyle on 28/10/ 23, order delivered 1/11/23 in perfect condition. I can't fault Bell or the very helpful delivery men, thank you.
Very happy with my experience with A Bell, and received the BBQ very quickly with very useful presents. Anish from Customer care made my experience WoW. A big thanks to the team and Anish again, the right person in the right position makes our life much easier.
Only second time visiting. Wish I'd known about this little gem sooner. The cafe has different sections, some bright and some more snug and cozy. So you can choose cozy snug for coffee date or crowd around a table in the brighter area for a good catch up with friends. The prices are reasonable, car parking is available and free and toilet facilities seem fine. I think I will be making this wonderful find a regular haunt.
