The worse experience I ever had. I’m only rating 1 star because there is no possibility to rate 0. The furniture looks fantastic in the shop. But not good enough if they are not capable to deliver. I place an order in March big value - 2 ottoman bed frames , dining table with bench and chairs and promised to arrive in 17 weeks. After 17 weeks due in July we’ve been told that again we have to wait until end of August. Now they don’t even think the furniture has been made yet . We’ve paid already an important amount since March. If you really want a good and happy experience when buying furniture, choose another company.
Nightmare of an experience,settee and chairs ordered but arrived weeks past date given that was 19 weeks from purchase. Customer service is slap happy the furniture is not to the same standard as in the shop due to less filling . All that's happened is we have been sent here, ring there and type an email to here like a table tennis ball back and forward 8 months now and still no change .
AVOID AVOID! LYING STAFF!! Wanted to buy a genuine leather corner sofa to replace existing. Had seen "PU leather" in other stores and know it's not as durable and can peel/split so I asked David the 'sales' guy "is this genuine leather as I've seen some PU ones..." and was told "yes, everything you touch is 100% real leather". A blatent lie as their own website will tell you it's PU!
Purchased furniture for bedrooms, kitchen, diner and lounge for a new home. From visiting the store in Northampton where the service was excellent, all the way through being kept up date with delivery and the installation it was really 5 star. A few months later one of the items developed a fault which was dealt with quickly and easily by the customer service team. Great products, good value and excellent service.
Ordered right at beginning of December, told 19 weeks likely to come before. Lied too, ignored my requested for 5 years credit, took deposit, very unhappy next day when I changed colour I day, don't answer emails, tried to cancel told we can't, couldn't read paperwork as he knew I didn't have specs with me but had given our sofa to,charity so needed to order quickly. Seems this company was once part of the trusted Co op, then bought out to another company, now I am not able to find information regarding directors in company gouse records, what is going on, I,want to cancel and order locally as I can't wait any longer and company can deliver this week locally., awful stay away and use one of the others that you can and do,check out before hand.
Still waiting for my sofa ordered a year ago and always told by this liyers that it’s Coming soon. Can’t get my money back!!! Never buy with them
Delightful experience. Very helpful, very good prices. Yes delivery was a little longer than hoped but its a worldwide pandemic people! Not their fault but they updated us weekly with courtesy calls and let us know what was happening, lovely lady on phone. Dining set and bed arrived and we are extremely pleased, all set up and tied rubbish away after them. We will be back to buy again. GJ
In the store very helpful. But after sales people not helpful at all. We was told our bedroom furniture if damaged at all would be repaired free of charge but no they want over £100 to do it and the best part about it it was delivered damaged. So I wouldn't bother go somewhere else.
After multiple visits to the store over summer and receiving excellent service on all occasions we finally made a purchase. Waited until delivered to post this review but now the suite is in it looks beautiful and feels so comfy. From the chaps in store to the delivery men all first class service. Highly recommended
I placed an order for a bed on the 8th August 2021 and they assured me to make the sale obviously...I must admit the customer service was great at this point that the delivery should come within 4 weeks as they have some in stock. They called to say there would be a delay and to expect it in early November, and blamed Covid-19 + the shortage of HGV drivers which was understandable at that point. The staff member said they would keep me posted with information which they didn't and offered a discount. I've been calling regularly and I called earlier this week - there is now a further delay and I should expect it mid-December. Given it will be the Xmas period, this seems very unlikely. The unhelpful staff member who lacked the understanding of keeping customers happy, said as a "gesture of good will" they will remove my discount but give me free delivery. Supposedly the contract ties you in so you can't cancel the order. Stay clear/do not place an order!!! It is not worth the wait or hassle.
