I used Dunchurch Motors via my breakdown cover provider, Rescue My Car, and very happy with the service I received. Although it was only a jump start @ home, Paul took his time to ensure the car was operational and showed care and effort when advising about the next steps.  Thanks.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, Paul.S. called me to say he on way, arrived and did all checks and stuff and I have no clue about engine related stuff and so he told me in basic language and then he explained it technically to my husband over the phone, loaded car and then took car and me home.nI would definitely recommend. When car is sorted I will be popping over to the office to leave a thank you for Paul.

AVOID!!!nTrust the previous reviews of the grumpy old man!nI used this recovery agent through a third party recovery team and by god what a waste of time that was. The driver was within the allocated time so was initially not disappointed, when he arrived at my home he rang my phone, when answered he grumbled then shouted ‘IM OUTSIDE’ in a very rude tone. When I got outside he was still sat in his cab and walked over stating ‘assume the doorbell doesn’t work?’ In a very rude tone again. The whole interaction was awful, such a patronising ignorant man. Thankfully my car was in a safe position as there is no way in hell I’d have got into the cab with him, such creepy energy.nLooking at previous review this man must be the owner, no company would keep him if he wasn’t!!! This is the first google review I have ever given, I have never felt such a need to warn others away from a company before.

I used Dunchurch Motors via my breakdown company - Green Flag - they were prompt polite and very easy to deal with. Phoned to let me know when they would be there, turned up as promised , dealt with the issue efficiently and were really friendly .  Would definitely recommend them .

After breaking down on the M1 and being towed of by the Highways Agency, we were waiting to be taken back home by Dunchurch Motors breakdown and recovery. Although they did contact me and tell me they was on their way, the miserable git that turned up was unbelievable. Grunted at me from the minute he turned up and then refused to take my dog in his cab. That I can accept but to then just drive off and leave my family including my daughterstranded is an absolute joke. Do not use this company!!!!
