We took our daughters wedding dress in to the Dulais team for a clean. They provided a friendly exemplary service and the dress is as new. We paid extra for one of their storage boxes and the packing and packaging is excellent. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality service.
My husband had my Wedding dress cleaned & repaired as I had caught the over layer & tore it so needed repaired. I also had my underskirt & Veil cleaned ,I’m very pleased with the work as my dress & veil is very intricate with lots of beading & embellishments. The repair is done to the best of their ability with such a tricky place & material but it’s barely noticeable,The dress was also stored in a box with acid free paper.I Highly recommend for a professional job at a great price.
I received great recommendations about Dulais and it was clear to me that I wanted to take my wedding dress there due to the detailed information they provide on their website. My wedding dress is very delicate with a lot of embellishment and the service and advice they provided when I first visited the store gave me a lot of trust. It didn’t take long for them to clean my dress, veil and 3 piece suit. They also provided a good quality box for me to store my dress in. The owner and staff are so friendly and professional and it is obvious how much care they put into what they do. I am so pleased with how my dress has come out, it looks brand new! I highly recommend this business!
Fab service - we had a countryside wedding and had lots of mud staining on my dress and it came out beautifully. Would recommend.
