Absolute joke !!! Brand new trousers with the tag still on RUINED , I only wanted the hem taken up by 2 inches and they have ruined them . Glued them up so nothing can be done with them as the fabric is to fragile to pull apart had a professional look at them then overlocked them and they are now puckered . one leg longer than the other and stained . No apology at all which actually would have gone a long way . No time to have them redone as need them ASAP . Had them for a full week so the job should have been done correctly . ABSOLUTE MESS !! Waiting for a call from head office as I will be reimbursed for the trousers .
I took five shirts to be cleaned. Two of my dress shirts came back with stains. One of them had minor brown stains in 2 locations. The other shirt had a large brown blotch on the cuff. I called to inform them and was told they could not guarantee the stains would come out and they could only try to wash them again. Why would I bring a shirt back to a place that ruined it in the first place. I will be taking my shirts elsewhere to see if they can be salvaged by professionals.
Absolutely shocking experience taking my suit and wifes dress here.
Great service, but the prices have been going up quite a bit over the last few years.
