Been getting the most amazing service at the min from this place .... I feel like it's my 2nd home at the min .... 4 Bridesmaid dresses shortened the 5th still to be done.... one long dress took up by 7 inches plus man's shirt and 2 wedding outfits waiting to be pressed xx
Had 2 pair of wide leg trousers taken up last week and a top shortened, cost about £30+. Getting pricey but I was happy to pay for the convenience. Today I took in a jumpsuit to be taken up ... it was going to cost more than my trousers because it was called a jumpsuit and not trousers!! She said the legs were wider? Well they certainly weren't as wide as my wide leg trouser that they did last week. I'll go else where from now on.Service: Alterations
A couple of days ago I had the zip replaced on a pair of jeans. The old zip broke because of general wear and tear, not because the jeans don’t fit. The new zip looked poor quality when I picked the jeans up, but I took them away anyway. The new zip lasted one wear before it broke. I took the jeans back to the shop because I thought there might be something they could do to help I thought they might replace the zip again as a matter of customer service, or at least replace it for the cost of a new zip but they did nothing. They said if I wanted a new zip I’d have to pay again admittedly they did offer a mildly insulting £1 discount. Very poor service.
I use Snazzy's for clothing repairs, and always been satisfied with the results. Would certainly recommend them.
I took 1 of my shirts there because the sleeves on the lower arm were ripped, so I asked them if they could sew them up? But they weren't able to but they said they could cut the sleeves off. And turn them into short sleeves instead. I must admit I was a bit sceptical as to how the shirt would turn out, but they did a really good job. So I was really happy with my shirt when I collected it.
Good cleaners ,and alternation service ,and good prices ,,
Good for cleaning. A bit pricey though.
Always have all my alterations done here . I wouldn't go anywhere else .
