Used these guys for the "drop and go" laundry service. Was more expensive than I had imagined, and the clothes were horribly "folded" if you can even call it that. Had to press all of my shirts when I got back to my hotel because they were so poorly done. Clean, yes, but a 4 year old would have done a better job with the pressing and folding. The collars were all bent, a few of the shirts hadn't had the sleeves unrolled, etc.
