Visited to test drive a car. The route taken on was the best test drive route I've ever driven covering all road types other than motorway - let's face it don't need to drive on a motorway with all the cameras nowadays. The car functions fully explained. No hard sell at all. Fair price offered for part exchange on my car. Perfect service to be had for sure. Worth a look if you want a new car or even second hand. Ample car parking spaces with disability parking available. Good website with filter's so your only looking at cars you want.
Probably about the same as most main dealers. Bit expensive for servicing I feel. Had a corrosion problem with vehicle that I rather felt they could have picked up on 12 months ago before it became serious. Then took 4 working days to tell me they wouldn't be able to help fix it. Given we have spent 000's there over the years it would be nice to think that they might have even offered some advice.
Took my caddy in for oil service told it needed recall for software update, left after service with service information light still on and engine warning light now on. Told they would pick it up today 2 weeks after service between 9am and 10am I called them at 10.45 told they couldn’t do it today not enough drivers to collect it. I had to ring them. My husband and I are disabled and need our car. Not good at all. jCT have picked my car up at 9.45 this morning and returned it around 3 pm everything sorted thank you
I dropped my van in on Thursday the 7th a lady rang and said they will need to order some parts for it so I could leave it there or take it and bring it back later then I said it will depends on how long they will keep it for. She said ok let me check and get back to u . I waited all day she never did . I rang them back on Friday morning to ask and they said all parts just came in so they will be working on it that Friday so hopefully by end of the day it should be ready . No phone calls from them on Friday and Saturday I rang back on Monday and they told me the only available date to fix it is 2 weeks time. What a disappointed . My question is why they never told me this is the 1st place ? Why different person telling me different story anytime I ring them

The centre carried out a thorough check and diagnosis, however the issue of apply car play distortion was not resolved due to some incompatible frequency discrepancy. This is disappointing on behalf of VW as it’s a known fault yet the facility is still available on the transporter. Both VW and Apple should be able to resolve this problem with some form of software update.
Good van service. More expensive than a local garage but expertise here. Always difficult to hear their service video report.
Had the worst experience ever at this branch by a staff member called Amy. Rude and severely lacking in customer service skills, an appalling attitude towards customers.
I’ve been bringing my Motability Caddy to you for about seven years. It’s always a hassle because I live the other side of Chesterfield and it means a reasonable trip requiring two vehicles there and back whilst dropping off and picking up. It wasn’t a problem when you offered a home collection service, but since this has stopped it is more difficult. I now have to fit in when my carer, dad or my partner has a day off to accommodate the trip with two of them. Otherwise wait until you have a hire car available. I’m extremely disappointed that when we bring my vehicle in for 9.30am for a simple MOT and a diagnostic appointment, it was just after 5pm that we were phoned to say it had passed the MOT, but needed a new part for the suspension, which my partner had already pointed out when we arrived at 9.30am. This part needed to be ordered in and ANOTHER visit would be needed to fit it!!! I was angry that my vehicle obviously hadn’t been MOT’ed after it arrived, but left until later in the afternoon and the part only ordered then and not available. I now will have to arrange for somebody to spend their time bringing it over again which is extremely inconvenient and annoying to say the least. I don’t drive personally and with this being a Motability vehicle I’m sure you can understand the importance of this vehicle and I really don’t feel I’ve received the level of service I should have had.
My last van came from these guys and I was trying to buy a new van. I was dealing with Luke and he was really good with calls and emails to start, when I said I wanted to progress with the order he stopped taking my calls left 3 messages and did not return emails. Clearly complementing someone on their great communication leads to no communication at all!! Completely baffled
