Honestly the staffs were professional and kind, which really helped calm my nerves before the test.nThe check in process was smooth and well organized. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained.nClean quiet environment perfect for focusing during the test.nSecurity checks were thorough but respectful. I felt confident the process was fair.nI pass thanks to the calm atmosphere and helpful staff for encouraged me towards the driving license achievements.nHighly recommend this center.
I have booked my test for today at 8 pm however Google says that the test centre is closing at 6pm. It's not true they are testing even at 8pm. Anyways I did not know what's happening and I showed up this morning. LUCINDA was very nice and said wait if there is a empty slot than I could do the test this morning.nI don't regret showing up this morning I was able to sit the exam and I have passed.nTHANK YOU LUCINDA for your help this morning.
Passed in 1st try, No rudeness, No extra talk just follow rules and process simple. And its exam center so if you can't digest strict rules being an adult then its your fault. Even when I visited few people were objecting on process and asked to use phone while wait. Anyways I know now the truth and especially few ratings says this center fails people intentionally, haha comon its centralize system they can't fail anyone manually, grow up especially now you are eligible for drive nnOne thing I noticed during exam center people who were monitoring were constantly talking each other and laughing too which was bit annoying so I kept headphones on to avoid noise which helps a little.
The ladies at the desk were very friendly and so was the man who welcomed us in and helped us queue. Unfortunately there was a man in my test room who was incredibly rude - I had just finished my test and wasn’t sure where the exit was, and as I approached the wrong door he came up to me with a scowl saying ‘why would go go there? Can’t you see there isn’t a sign?’ And when I told him it wasn’t clear he bluntly said that it was. Ruined my experience. He should understand after finishing a test you’re already in a nervous state and some consideration and help to find the exit would’ve been appreciated.
I repeatedly failed at this centre by just 1–2 points, despite feeling confident in my answers. After several attempts there, I booked at a different test centre and passed straight away. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Something feels very off.
