Very professional, very easy, don't read the reviews about the staff being rude because it is not true. The receptionists are very informative and the invigilation is not discomforting. The air con and comfortable chairs make the test a lot more easier.
Security guard there was fine and the lady in the test room was fine also. Was quick and efficient. Not quite sure why the staff at these places feel the need to be rude though. The lady at the reception was pleasant at first, then-while knowing that I have never been to the centre before, I ask her do I wait over there, I then got a slightly condenscending remark. A little bit of communication goes a long way. There really is no need to treat people like that and be nasty just for excuse of being nasty especially when you know people are nervous and about to do a test. We deserve to be treated with dignity, not something that has just been dragged in.
Had my theory test here, very professional service, nice and clean atmosphere. Staff could make an effort to smile a bit but in their defence its a very boring job and they have to do it every day. Security guard is a nice guy. Very clear instructions given.
Waited over 1 hour on phone and got through to no one. No direct number to call the test centre. Absolute poor customer service from dvsa would give 0 stars if possible .
Everyone is so professional here, I found them friendly and helpful also. I passed my exam and it took only 30 minutes. I was quite nervous because of negative reviews here but I will suggest everyone please ignore all those reviews.
I found the staff at the receptionist front desk to be very rude. Only one in particular, the one who checks your license and directs you to go through. The rest of the staff at the back near the test rooms were friendly and professional. There is no need to be unnecessarily rude and harsh- people have come to do a test and they are already a ball of nerves. Politeness with professionalism goes a long way. Personally, I see a lot of people complaining about her here on the reviews and I think she should have a disciplinary action taken against her. I did not approve of her attitude at all!
The staffs behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. While I was doing my theory test, a woman kept coming to me and telling me to take my scarf off, which was tied around my neck. Altogether, she probably wasted 15 minutes of my test time, coming to me saying 'take your scarf of, take your scarf of.' This made me so annoyed and confused, because what I wear is not her problem. Eventually, I took it of and after my test I went to complain to the women at the desk. She told me that it was written in the terms and conditions before booking a test, that you are not allowed to wear anything around your neck. I understood this, but instead of telling me this, the women in the room, kept telling me to take my scarf off, when she could of told me that it was in the terms and conditions.
I came to the test centre on Saturday 20th November. The printer was broken apparently so I'm still waiting for me test results. So now after sitting on the phone for more than a few hours and for the 9th time this week I'm still no closer to getting my results. The emails are automated and provides useless information. No one answers the phone service and im sure this will cost me more money.0
The old woman in the test room kept coming upto me, whilst I clearly still had 10 minutes of my test left, she kept reminding me of the time and telling me to hurry up and told me that I don't have the time to review my answers on the second time she approached me, there was still 3 and a half minutes left on the clock! Very unprofessional, all because she wanted to go home. I'm sorry but I payed money for this, I couldn't believe how she kept distracting me during the test and coming close to me over my shoulder. Not even keeping a safe distance from me, very disgusted by this womans behaviour, it's the old lady that sits in the test room.
Awful. I had the test on the 20th of November. I was told their printers were not working so the results would be emailed to me within 10 days. It is now 11th of December and I am still waiting? What a joke!
