Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and SUDAN always making sure we are ok with everything that is going on. He is very professional , helpful and always went above and beyond for me ! Would recommend this company 100% and so friendly and efficient. The staff at Cranbrook are very friendly and responsive to the needs of tenants, especially when it comes to any kind of procedure. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Very nice and helpful letting agency, sudham he is so good and very very helpful. He suggests very nice home to us. Never forget the help he did to us. Very genuine and trustworthy person and trustworthy agency. 100% trust to gohead with them, just give them your requirements to sudham, he will fulfill to find your dream house. That’s what situation happened to me.
Sudhan and their team did excellent support to get house for letting. The process is very simple and the team did good follow up until the agreement completed. Meenashi also did excellent support. I really appreciate Sudhan support and he is very kind and explained about the each process and timeline.

Poor service, took down payment and told me that my rental offer was agreed and we talked with the landlord and everything was fine and agreed. After few days after we bought things for the new house they decided to cancel the rental offer and pay us the down payment. Shame on you and shame your company for doing these to people, I really hope only good businesses work in this field and not shady. I hope people check these reviews before they do business with you.
SUDHAM was fantastic throughout each stage of the process. He always communicated very promptly with all relevant information. He was always very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The cranbrook lettings is very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Cranbrook lettings.
A big thanks to Cranbrook team, who helped us find a property and ensured that the entire process was smooth and efficient. They were very proactive in their approach and made sure we moved in on time.

Basically I liked the house I viewed but they have done everything wrong, not willing to answer questions and not willing to view the house properly, the guy who showed me the house was very rude. I am guessing this works for you but it doesn't work for me, I recommend others to act like me and eventually only the good agents will have business.
