A complete and utter scam. These people are rogues and thieves.I realised as I did it that there was something wrong and I tried to cancel my application and asked for a refund, but I received no response to three emails. There are no telephone contact details available. I didn't receive my licence either and in the end I got it from the DVLA for nothing! Surely this practice must be illegal. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!
I know we are in lock down and contact more difficult but I had my wallet stolen yesterday withe licence and credit cards in. Informed the police, stopped my cards and tried to apply for a new licence. Filled in the form and the last question was to put in your card details. They are all blocked. What do you do?
My 16yr old son paid £75 thought he was dealing with DVLA had no receipt sent or any correspondence from this co, No contact no can you find and to make contact you need to fill out a contact form which you get no reply. Total Scam. Do not use them.
The DVLA lost my driving licence in the post and are trying to make me pay £20 to reapply! Awful system.
