After 25 mins of waiting in the front No. 1 positon in the queue, I returned back home with the letter that I went there to post. Reason - I knew my number wont come for another indefinite time. The reason why the storekeeper did not pay any attention to the long Queue in POST area because his OWN customers kept arriving (even arriving after us). We kept waiting forever. When asked to be served, he was very rude in telling that we have to wait. So we still waited for him to serve all HIS customers who arrived after us. Until finally I lost hopes and left the office. I have logged a formal complain against this branch. I will never go to this office again.

Always an obscenely long queue, usually due to having only 1 member of staff serving at a time. This place desperately needs fully trained & efficient staff

-10* The stuff from there is realy unhelpful. they geast put the phone down and let me speak on my own. is that what we paying for? next day delivery gets lost and after 4 days they didn't want to talk to me?? is that for real??

Very slow and service.. they don'y try to be swift when there is a huge line building up. Stamps and postage costs seem to be the same as everywhere else.

worst post office ever! customer service is aweful the staffs are rude and were sued them for discrimination (They kicked out a black man because they thought he was going to steal) they haven't changed, they show more respect toward white people (they're tamil) i looked up for a ups drop off branch online and it suggested me here so i went there and they said they only do royal mail i told them that their shop was one the ups website for doing ups prepaid label ship off but they told me that the only way they will send off the parcel is if i pay for it (why should i pay for a prepaid package) is this fraud? or don't they know run their business this ain't the first time i had problems with them this is by far the worst shop in the area
