Had a lovely stay here. Staff were helpful and it's in a great location. Only downfalls were the beds, they were like concrete and that really is no exaggeration. And they lost our order for dinner in the restaurant, although they were really, really helpful and went out of their way to rectify that problem. Overall its a nice place in a great location and if they sorted out the bed issue I'd definitely consider going back there.
It's amazing since it's been refurbished. Fantastic entertainment on a band called Retro. Lots of outdoor activities, spotless rooms, and facilities fantastic. 5 star!!!Rooms: 5/5
Nice building and fun facilities! Had a lovely swim in the pool, steam and play on the 'air hockey' table. Alas, hot tub was not functioning, bit disappointed. Room was nice - but not setup as twin as booked, however, quick word with staff and it was resolved efficiently and without issue. Room was excessively hot - great in winter I am sure, but we did need to use the supplied air conditioner all night! Meal was very nice... options for Coeliac was limited and confusing. Our server was not particularly helpful and it took several attempts and questions to establish what was safe for that person to eat.... but happy to say the choice was enjoyed and was indeed, Coeliac friendly!
Lovely location, clean spacious rooms although was very warm even with aircon on and the staff were fantastic!Rooms: 4/5
Stayed in house, modern, light and airy. Restaurant excellent, bedrooms too hot. Staff very friendly although obviously overstretched. Main issue was security - our key card opened EVERY door on our floor. Reception did not seem unduly concerned even though we reported daily that nothing had been fixed. Would not like to come here at the height of the season unless management sort out staffing levels which is a shame as in a beautiful location.
Really nice holiday park with nice landscape. Really loved the atmosphere and surrounding. The Eagle lodges have the necessary and are quite spacious. The only issue is the low shower pressure in the bedrooms ensuite and not enough cuttlery in the kitchen. We've also been disappointed to have to pay extra charge £4 daily for the kids soft play while we have booked an accommodation in the park. Regarding the price we pay we think the soft play should be included...
Staff work incredibly hard to make sure guests have a great holiday experience. Just passing through but amazing meals enjoyed at a reasonable price. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking.Service: 5/5

Fabulous weekend away with family Plenty of things to keep everyone entertained Rooms: We had a 5 double en suite rooms in a lodge Nearby activities: Loads of entertainment day and night something for everyone x
Really don't get the negative reviews on the staff. We found all areas well staffed by polite, helpful mostly young people. Add them to a bright modern hotel with great facilities in an outstanding location and this place is a winner.Rooms: 5/5
