If I could give less than 1 star I would. I originally signed up to the surgery as it had the highest ratings in the area (although I'm beginning to suspect the previous reviewers) as well as the building looking nice and clean. Upon entering there is one receptionist that looks completely bewildered by the prospect of booking an appointment, there is one singular doctor and even still I felt unheard, after explaining my my jaw had been agonising for a while especially when eating, the advice I was given was "go and chew gum, chewing is good for it". Whilst not completely satisfied with this I agreed and pushed for an appointment for an x ray. The doctor obliged and assured me that I would be referred within the week. Cut to 2 WEEKS later and I haven't heard from them. I phoned up to ask what was going on and the receptionist struggled to see when I had signed up and also when I had actually seen the doctor. After several minutes on the phone we finally found that yes indeed I had been there previously. Then I asked about the progress of my referral form to which the response was " oh, I don't think he has done it yet, I'll make sure he gets into it this week." Ok by this point I'm annoyed but it's cool as it's a new surgery to me. 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT CONVERSTAION ON THE PHONE my letter for referral has only just arrived. Not only that but it isn't a proper referral and I now have to take time out of day to go and give the information to the relevant people as these guys seem to struggle with the most basic of correspondence systems such as emails. Putting a long story slightly shorter I would soon perform open heart surgery on myself with nothing but salad tongs then have to deal with the lack of coordination that seems to exist here

Great Doctors, always easy to get an appointment - probably the best experience I've had from a doctor's surgery.

Always easy to get an appointment and the Doctors, Nurses and receptionists are all very caring.
