Horrible surgery! They never give out appointments even if u are in the worst condition…they always refer you to a push doctor witch is a virtual doctor a different one all the time so they don’t have a record of you and a specially that Sue women at front desk really condescending..
Impossible to get an appointment, even for my 1 year old son. Even when being on the phone at 8am 8am on the dot! Couldn’t have been earlier number 9 in the queue: they have a maximum of 8 appointments. It is ridiculous, they are basically forcing us to go private. This is unacceptable, unfair and inappropriate.
No one answers the phone I waited over 20mins today with no answer, I got got told the other day by the receptionist I couldn’t speak to the GP so call 999 ? Who wouldn’t come to see me , turned out I had sepsis, the next day after I went back and forth with 111 and 999 until the GP rang me back and she called for the ambulance , a third day and I wouldn’t be here today , no one rings back , no one there seems to care about anyones health .
Been on hold for 40 mins saying I'm caller number 1 in the que after the medication I have been given gives me a reaction and I had told the doctor that the receptionist do not answer the phone
I can never get an appointment. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a blood test for 2 weeks. I eventually managed to get through and book for a week later. They then sent me a text to move it because “we can’t do blood tests that late.” They rebooked me via text to a different day which I said I couldn’t make, so they rebooked me again via text to what’s now two weeks later to another time I cannot make. They haven’t consulted me on any of this, they didn’t call they just picked a time. I have to work too… I can’t even get through on the phone to try and talk to them to get this booked again. Meanwhile I have no idea what’s wrong with me.
Such a poor service, they cancel your appointment on the day an hour before, some of the staff are rude. They are not interested in helping people.

What’s happened to this surgery? Website isn’t working to book an appointment and the receptionist told me to call back on Tuesday then sent me a link for push doctor which stated no appointment left try again later. No wonder people use A&E as a doctors surgery not that I would but where do we go when we can’t even book an appointment for a future date. This surgery used to be so good and people focused but since Modality took over it and everything moved to online their patient care is sadly no longer. Update: I attended an appointment a while ago when you had to wait outside and have the receptionist speak to me through the window. I could see a post-it note stuck to the side on the receptionist desk with a patients name, who I happen to know, and the fact she was having her contraceptive implant removed and I suspect this is a BIG BREACH OF GDPR! No patients details should be on display for anyone else to see!!! The surgery needs a huge shake-up and patients should be their priority! They have closed their GP portal for patients to actually request a GP call over every weekend and bank holiday so if you fall unwell on a Friday you won’t be able to request through the online portal until Monday when they reopen and you can only do the request between specific times of day! This is the most robotic/unprofessional way of dealing with patient care I have ever experienced.
Dr Jalisi is one of the most caring doctors I've ever seen in my life, so helpful *** edit : a big thankyou to Dr Bahra for seeing me so quickly, outstanding
