I was waiting 20 minutes for my medication to be ready as the 2 ladies were to busy nattering and catching up on gossip. I ended up leaving without the medication as I was far too tired after finishing a night shift. I have been in the surgery for an hour as the gp was running late which I totally understand but feel the pharmacists could have been quicker if they spent less time gossiping.
