This is a rip off I went today and I have a diabetes form that has Two pages and I asked them if they could fill it up they said yes but they also said we are charging TWO HUNDRED POUNDS! So I went to other surgery’s and they said fifty pounds or sixty pounds, now think about it is it a rip off or not? even the Leicester city council was shocked Deserves not even a rating
Recently I visited the surgery and spoke to Arvinder over the phone , the following day I arrived at 8am again Arvinder attended to me . I was overwhelmed with the follow up and to be honest astonished that in 23 years with same surgery first time a member of staff has taken time out and followed up my progress also checked on my well being , I would sincerely like to thank Arvinder for the amazing patient care , well done
The employees are like wolf in sheepskin they just want to sit at chairs to make the chairs warm no proper response as my 7 months old baby was suffering from cough and fever they were just keep on going excuses but got no appointments since one week from a doctor tried calling other g.p but also got same response from their branches like willows health. I'd have given negative ratings than giving one star
When you call the surgery, you will first hear a message that is over 1 minute long. They open at 8am and I called them at 8.05am. I was told I was in a queue of over 30 people. I got to number 2 and they cut me off! I then recalled and was told I'm now number 24!. I have been waiting in the queue for over 1 hour! How can level of service be this poor? I got to number 2 in the queue twice and both times they cut me off!!! How can you put distraught parents through this?
Woow pathetic response by team they have very less appointment a person is dying by pain and madam says she cant give appointment as there are very less doctor third class service never thought that this is gonna happen.
I called and called for the whole week to get an appointment but they don’t have a space. They always say they are fully booked and when I went to the surgery there’s no patients sitting there. I spoke to teja and she doesn’t know what to do and what she is saying very unprofessional. I am thinking of changing my surgery. Don’t use them, Not polite and not helpful at all. Waste of time
Literally the worse service received across any public health sector. I'm afraid staff are lacking in any type or politeness or courtesy verging on unsympathetic abrupt responses without any acknowledgement. Maybe worth sending them on a customer service course to learn key customer facing skills. From a technology perspective they refuse to communicate by email and repeat prescriptions can only be requested via letter ! My suggestion would be to join society in the digital age.
I have been with the surgery over 9 years. They always have an appointment available for me and my family. The Doctor are very efficient and have good understanding with any of the medical needs we have had. I am given an appointment on the day when I call at 8am. I understand its in a que a few times but even waiting at number 12th in que they have answered their calls and met the needs.
The health visitor left the door open while she waited for Tracy to come and take my bloods. I felt exposed to the people waiting/sitting in the reception. This is such poor practice and breaches patient confidentiality. It made me feel very uncomfortable as a patient. The door was left open for at least 5 minutes. I'm sure the health visitor is very hard working but I could tell she purposely left the door open. Even left the door open when I entered the room so then I shut it.
Terrible practice and terrible service. The response to this feedback from them will be to bring it up in the next PLT meeting. Seems like a standard line from for their incompetent service. Easier to call the ambulance or go A&E directly, at least u will be seen to on the same day.
