This practice is for the unemployed as I work I nor my wife are unable to get appointments often being asked can we come early morning getting a night appointment was not possible and was advised to go to walk in centre asked for a Saturday appointment they are closed with service like this it's no wonder people go to accident and emergency

been trying for over a week to order my prescription, but every time I call it's either an engaged tone or an out of office for lunch answer service - it's getting to the point where they're putting my health at risk, quite the opposite of their duty!

Worst experience I have ever had!!! From the horrific answer service it took 3 hrs!, cheeky receptionist ( so rude! I didn't want to tell them what was wrong with me) to then being told I could not have a home visit. I have pleurisy and it was -4 today, I then had to drag my 5 year old out managed to walk (slowly) down to be confronted by what I can only describe as a 4 ft tall hitler, Don't get me wrong i was mad by this point, I fact I was very mad I had had enough!! But I have NEVER since the days of school seen anything like what went on next... Hitler or the so called boss, sneered, turned her nose up, if fact I think she pulled every face possible, childish pathetic Woman, no wonder half your staff are on leave through bullying! Between DR Crosley, and Hitler this is exactly what I experienced!! This has been my DR since birth and never ever has anything like this happen. Poor DR Gordon built up such a great practice, to have two nasty, childish, condersending KIDS! Ruin it.
