Absolutely appalling experience with Dr Robson, physical health issues completely dismissed on mental health grounds and undermined and stigmatised. Have made a formal complaint and highly recommend other doctors from this practice who I've had no problems with.
Always seems difficult to get an appointment due to "staff sickness" A couple of the Gps very good but most of the time can't get to see them! Unwelcoming messages saying if you're 10 mins late you may not be seen. However patients more often than not wait in excess of 1/2 hr after appointment time. They should publish the waiting times!
Dr Robson is a caring but very busy practitioner.
