Live 0.4 miles away from this surgery yet apparently that’s not close enough to get registered there and see a GP. How much closer do you need to live I wonder? We tried to join this centre around two months ago, we were told to complete forms and bring photo ID, which we did. Were told they would be in touch which they were not. Been abroad for a month and followed up today, only to be told we live too far away to join. Pretty shoddy from start to finish!

Excellent surgery! Can get an appointment very quickly and Dr Barua (the younger) is fantastic. Not sure why so many people have negative reviews of the receptionists, they have always been polite, helpful and professional when I have spoken to them.

the organisation is very praiseworthy from the doctor to the receptionists i have always had pleasantry and helpfulness

Appalling receptionists, won't do anything to help you and very unprofessional, very snotty on the phone , can never get a appointment when you need one, the doctors them self's are OK but the receptionist are beyond a joke so let the whole place down
