I'm without a business degree or doctorate but if I had to rationalise an explanation to why this doctor's is still open i would guess that for every illness treated there must be 2 doses of something else before leaving that secures any future purposes or maybe the money saved from its initial development combined with the obvious savings made from its weekly cleaning bill and upkeep has allowed for a slower decline in to financial ruin. I could be wrong but on my only ever visit before moving I'm sure some of the equipment looked a bit dated or possibly even obsolete.

Awful place! Receptionists are all up their own arses and extremely rude, they don’t care at all about the patients and the doctors are no better! Rude and condescending! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst service ever seen in a surgery, to get an appointment you have to call 8 in morning to just wait in the busy lines and then go back to sleep bcz they never pick up. Receptionist full of Ego behaving like an unprofessional. Time to change my surgery.

Possibly the most unorganised, falling apart excuse of a 'doctors surgery'. No empathy from their staff, rude and abrupt receptionists who hold no responsibility for mistakes and interrogation. Every month they have an issue with sending my prescription on time to my pharmacy meaning I cannot access the medication I need on time causing my health to deteriorate further. Letters fail to be sent to myself and hospital on time or without prompt from myself. I feel as though I have to help everyone in that surgery do their job for me? Duty of care that they are supposed to have for their patients is non exsistant. New surgery...definitely.
