This is an excellent surgery unless you are ill. Getting a same day appointment is joke at worst and a lottery at best. You ring in at 8:30 am and if you are lucky enough to to get an appointment, great, if not try again the next day, etc etc. If you want to book an appointment be prepared for at least a 7 day wait. The receptionists response to this is "try the walk-in centre". On that note, what a condescending, arrogant person she was both on the phone and in person. No consideration to your personal health. I registered with a new doctor, which had a 24 hour registration period, diagnosed, treated and on the mend all before the earliest appointment Orchard could provide. VERY VERY VERY poor service, join if you are healthy and never need to visit the doctors, don't if you infrequently need to visit the doctors and can;t afford to wait 7-10 days for an appointment
