My family and I have been patients here for years and will never change to a different surgery. The staff here are lovely. The receptionists are friendly and helpful even though they are often run off their feet. I don't go in very often to see a doctor but when I do they always remember my name and have time for a quick chat. There are a number of doctors you can see. Male and female and all are very competent. The appointment system is great as you can even book online now. I have always got to see the doctor of my choice without a wait. The centre is lovely, clean, bright and there are plenty of seats and waiting times are usually spot on unless there has been an emergency or appointments run over. Which in reality this does happen we all have different needs. I love that you can even email any repeat prescriptions in rather than having to go into the surgery every few weeks. Doctors have always been so helpful and actually care about you and in this busy world that's hard to find.
