Very nice bus station small cafe for drinks bus on time only £6 to Belfast
Have found staff and bus drivers alike to be quite rude from this station. Was in charging phone because it was dead and I needed to contact someone after just getting off one of their buses and had a member of staff come over and just unplug my phone from wall because they don't share their electricity. Found it very abrupt in way I was told, and should likely have signs over the multiple outlets if this is the case. Have also had drivers that do runs from this station pass me a number of times, even after calling customer service regarding what stop to wait at. Not good in-person customer service at all.
If you go through the back, be careful as I did it up to the wheel. All summer they didn't have time to repair the hole in the asphalt.....
Despite the number of people waiting for their respective buses at 6.30 p.m. on a Friday evening I was dismayed to learn the toilets were locked from 4.30 p.m. each day and closed all day Sunday.
Well located station with buses moving all around the area.
