Lovely park. Very quiet and beautiful location. Swimming pool, pub, shop, park for the kids, even deer in the forest. Everything you could want! Staff incredibly helpful too. They moved an elderly woman to a new pitch after an unfortunate heavy downpour caused some flooding and done the whole lot for her. Very helpful

Really nice camp for the whole family. Set about a mile in the woods/forest down a not too bumpy road, the camp has huge tall trees all around the edge which give a peaceful feel. The camp layout is good with the shower blocks and toilets, washing up and laundry facilities all easily accessible wherever your generous sized pitch is. The pub/restaurant serves really nice food, with plenty of outdoor benches. There are electric and non electric pitches. Generally clean all around the camp. Breakfast hatch is well priced and delicious, which also do lunch time food. The bar/restaurant opened at 5pm when we were there, (weekend) which is nice if you don't want to cook. Handy shop on site that stocks essentials and little games and bits for the kids. Lovely heated pool. There are footy goals, volley ball nets, climbing frames. Walks and bike tracks straight off campsite. There isn't really anything else you need on a campsite. Thetford town is a 10min drive away, and the Thetford forest, where the go-ape is located isn't much further.

Took the wife and kids for a two night stay. Lovely location in the middle of a forest. Beautiful scenery and buildings nearby. The pitches were massive. Although we only had a 6 berth tent, I reckon you could fit six of them on one pitch (minus cars). Choice of electricity points, or without. Outdoor swimming pool was clean and the paddling pool was warm. Nice little adventure playground to let the sprogs run off some steam. The on-site pub was fairly nice. Cost £12-something for a Jack & Coke, Kopperberg and two J2Os, which I think is fairly resonable. We didn't dine there, but the prices looked okay. The pub also doubles as a late shop for essentials when the main on-site shop is closed. There's also a kiosk which serves breakfast, lunch and tea to take back to your tent if you can't be bothered to cook. The staff were very friendly and show you to your pitch by riding ahead on bicycles. And the 10.30pm 'quieten down' time was a blessing for us, having young children. I'll definitely be coming back again, with friends and family in tow.

Brilliant park. Great for kids with loads to do. Lovely heated pool, walks, on site shop and pub. Food reasonably priced but a bit slow due to being under staffed this weekend. Food tasted good and service friendly. Would recommend and re visit
