Always a great day out. It's a brilliant venue with plenty spectator spots. Is well catered for with food and toilets. A large carpark and cheap-as-chips entry fee for the day. The paddock is open to the public too so you can get a closer look at the vehicles. Get a good day here and you can easily spend the best part of the day here. A bad day, bring a brolly or a coat, it's still a decent day out. Friendly folk about too. And you might see a Red Kite flying overhead if you're in the right place at the right time usually at the meadow, at the top of the climb
Just how I remembered it from 45yrs ago. Friendly motor racing event. Great access to paddock for closeup of cars.
Awesome display of skill and class, very lovely people who are happy to chat and show you high speed fun.
