Amazing location with views over the water. This accommodation along with the friendly hosts (Ken and Shona) is outstanding. The room our family stayed in had uninterrupted views over the water, was immaculately presented with some extra special touches provided in the room. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh and local produce (porridge with whiskey cream highly recommended). Beds really comfortable so a good night sleep for everyone. The owners were very welcoming. Would stay again.

This was a beautiful hotel ... made to feel so welcome ..the room was so lovely with every detail thought of ..from yummy biscuits to toiletries to hot water bottles .

Very nice place, homely, clean, well kept and awesome breakfast! The owners are very kind and helpful with suggestion on what do enjoy in the area and where to have the best food. Definitely I suggest this place.

A fantastic B&B in a fabulous setting. Ken and Shona are the perfect hosts; nothing is too much trouble for them, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The house and rooms are beautiful. The breakfast is superb, with an amazing selection to choose from. Douglas Park beats many 5 star hotels that we've stayed in hands down for service and hospitality!! We'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay with Ken and Shona, a really great welcoming guest house. I had a very reasonably priced wee single room for two nights. The Douglas Park was recommended to me by a friendly local education officer, so I was very happy to book and support a local business. The room was spotless, bed was super comfy and the breakfast was cooked perfectly. Thank you to Ken and Shona, they really looked after me. Very happy to recommend.
