I have been using this garage for around 7/8 years now... absolutely fantastic bunch who ALWAYS do everything they can for me, even at very short notice. In fact, recently they fitted a brand new battery for me on the same morning mine packed up after I called them in need of help. They paid for it to be sent special delivery within the hour while I sat in the comfortable office reading car mags. You would think the new battery with this speedy delivery and immediate fitting would be expensive... not at all – it actually worked out £20 cheaper than a mediocre battery (and fitting service) at Halfords!!! Every time I get an MOT and Service from this garage I drive out of there in what feels like a brand new vehicle. I will continue to use this garage for as long as I own a car and would recommend to anyone. Great service, great prices, and very friendly people.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs!!! I took my car here last year and spent a small fortune (over £1000) on a full service and MOT. After I collected my car (I had to turn up in person and guess it was ready, as they didn't call me or answer the phone!) the steering didn't feel right. I took it back twice and was told everything was fine. It passed the MOT. Two weeks later, my front tyre explodes and I take it for a tyre replacement. 

The tyre guys first question to me was - have I done any recent work on the car? The reason he asked this - the front wheel had not been fitted properly and in his words - "was hanging on by a thread". He then explained my front wheel was at risk of falling off at any time. 

In other words, the cowboys at Double M turned my car into a death trap... at expense and not on time! I also question as to whether Double M are safe to undertake MOT's, as they clearly couldn't spot a tyre about to fall off a car. 

When I challeneged Double M about this, they didn't apologise and merely offered me credit (to cover the replacement tyre cost) as a 'goodwill gesture'. 

There are much better and professional mechanics in Banbury. Use them.

We broke down and needed roadside recovery they was so quick and I was in a panic but there was no need to be it was so easy and and they made me feel at ease they was so friendly, lovely staff customer service was 10/10 highly recommended and will always use this company from now I hear these story's how people are sat waiting 4 hours and when they get there they are rude and unfriendly Well we was extremely lucky
