Great Service: fast, efficient, and friendly with great communication. Very, very painless. I received a loan car while mine got repaired, which was clean and dropped off at my home for convenience. My car was repaired in 2 days, and the was dropped off any my house again. Car washed and waxed :)

Shocking! This company had my car for 1 week. There was no contact with myself to say what was going on with repairs, I had to keep calling to see what was gone on. I was told the cost of my repair was £380. On returning my vehicle tonight I discovered they had not carried out any repair work other than touching up a small scratch. The damages to my vehicle from a cash I had were very easy and clear to see. My car was taken away after talking to a couple of people at the shop. I was told I was now a priority to get my car repaired! Please check anything you have done to your car by this company!

Very pleased with the service I received, the reception staff were friendly & helpful I was greeted with a smile, and kept informed throughout the process. The courtesy car I was given was smart & clean
