I was just served by the rudest girl op.no. 16848. I asked for a refund and she sighed and asked me if I bought the item in that store. Would she not have given me a refund if I bought it in another dorothy perk ins store. She never spoke to me other than putting receipt on counter for me to sign. She needs to first of all learn manners and then learn customer care
