This is a great place to camp/glamp. It's only a five minute walk from Dornoch itself. You can cross the sand dunes and you arrive at a lovely sandy beach!

Great campsite this with many pitches over a huge area. Facilities slowly updating over the years. Just watch for the little burn flooding at high tides with storm surges, just back away your pitch from the edge 2-3m and your fine. Access to a fantastic beach and great to hear the selkies sing on a sunny summer morning.

Having been going for 20 years. Great location. Toilets and showers good. You go, pay for your tent pitch and then enjoy the peace and quiet. Will be back next year.

Been holidaying here for years. A good, clean, quiet site right on the beach. 

The beach is great for walking the dog, often feels like my own personal beach as it seldom busy. 

The site also has the added bonus of being right next to the Royal Dornoch Golf Club for those who golf. 

There's also a bowling club and tennis courts a 5-10 minute walk from the site.

A 5-10 minute walk takes you to the village. Lots of cafes and tourist type shops here and of course one of the main tourist attractions is Dornoch Cathedral which sits in the centre of the village.

Camping here is fine. We paid £22, with electric hook up for the 2 of us in our small camper. We've been touring Scotland and this is the most expensive site we stayed at, but is far from the best. Shower block is clean, and cleaned twice daily. The water pressure in the men's was really low and I had to lean against the wall to get wet. My wife describes the ladies as being better. There are lots of fixed caravans here. We were able to fill our water and empty the grey waste. Location next to Dornoch Beach is great.
