Just spent one night here at the start of NC500. Nice site, good size pitch and great shower/toilet block. Fantastic sports field just outside gate where you could let dogs run free. Not impressed with the town,looked a bit run down.
Had a great stay here for 3 nights. Has everything you need and great location for town. The facilities were spotless and the laundry was great. Nigel was great, very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed meeting him and his wife, very nice people, a credit to the caravan and camping club. Thanks for a great stay.
A very nice campsite and was warmly welcomed by Nigel and Julie, a very lovely couple, very pleasant, polite and most helpful. The site is very pleasant with it's surrounding trees, colourful flowers that are well looked after and with spacious pitches, I would definitely recommend this site to others......
A great site, well laid out with excellent clean, well maintained amenities. Dog friendly with a great exercise area just outside the camp gate with plenty of room and a lovely riverside walk. It's right next to Ross County FC stadium which can be problematic on match days. Convenient for Dingwall railway station and the town centre for shopping. I'd recommend the walk up to the memorial tower in the cemetery for great views over the Cromarty Firth, see picture.
Me and my Husband absolutely loved it here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stopped the one night on our travels doing the NC500. I’d definitely recommend this place, it’s not huge and didn’t have a kids playground. It is very dog friendly and you don’t pay for dogs either. They have a huge field you can take them on for a nice run around.
Place was very busy when we arrived, some toilets were out of action. Quite expensive compared to most sites and you can hear the railway up until around 11pm. Service from staff was great and they were friendly the whole time.
Great site with friendly helpful staff, nice clean site with a good shower and toilet facilities. Town is only 5 mins walk with good local shops and takeaway restaurants. We had our usual lump of a tent on the touring bikes.
Great site will definitely use again assistant wardens Pete and Nikki so helpful and nice great place. Toilets spotless just a really nice camp site to stay
Great camping site everything you need for few days camping. Can be noisy with football groud being close by. Otherwise a good spot.
Beautiful site and spotlessly clean in showroom,toilets and washing up areas. Staff are on hand should you need anything and secure parking for motorcycles. We'll worth a visit if your on the NC500
