Waited ages to be seen by the lady who was appointed to me due to the shop being busy, which I was okay with at first. But when I started to try on dresses the lady that was helping with fitting kept on disappearing, to the point where I had to fit myself into the last two dresses.

Definitely not the service I expected. Especially as I was willing to buy my dress as soon as I was assured. That being said I am glad I didn't go for a shop that lacks customer service.

Amazing experience from start to finish! They gave me their full attention and they were completely professional and honest. You could tell Dona Nicole store only want the best for their customers. From wonderful Tracy who helped me find the dress and add the finishing touches, to the wise and kind Rakhee who helped me make sure everything was just perfect. The whole team really care and I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful bridal experience! 5 stars isn't high enough x Thank you

I would give the staff and the dress 5*

I visited a few year's ago for my friends wedding and they where polite friendly and welcoming also the dresses where stunning  so being recently engaged I knew that was the shop I had to go to. First dress I seen and tried on I knew it was my dress but tried on more to be sure.  They were honest about the dress what changes could be made ect they came up with a payment plan for me and deposit and I brought the dress the same day . even when I got nervous about my choice they will put me back track and stop me worrying. X

Had an amazing experience at dona Nicole made me feel really welcome and special very helpful and nothing was to much Trouble would definitely recommend them as staff where friendly and helpful thank you for helping me find my dream dress for my special day

Leicester councils fair trade need to sort this shop. Well i bought dress from here, before i buy she so polite and she try to sell all information good like perfect dress, but when i took it back before i saw the 3 foundation mark on the dress and many mark to showed its was old and dirty. Them was try to say that they told me before but sorry i dont heard anything about the dress been showed and trying in the  shop so many time. And they denise to exchange, refund or clean the dress for me. So ppl read and think then avoid to let this happen to you, your friend and family.
