I visited today and found Sharon very helpful and understanding. With only 2 weeks till my wedding I am pushed for time to find my perfect dress. I found it and brought it home. I would recommend Berkeley Bride to anyone looking for their ideal dress. Thank you for your help it was very much appreciated x

This store has the loveliest and most helpful staff, however for the price range of the dresses they sell, you can easily buy a dress from a well known designer. I walked out of the store convinced I had found my dress but once looking at the online photos available on the website, I realised that the dress doesn't photograph as well and it isn't best to buy something you're not entirely happy with.

I went in to berketexbrides Leicester with an open mind and tryed a few dresses on when I put this one dress on I know it was the one for me it felt so right to wear and they put the pearl taira on with it made it look even more magical I knew I had to have that dress not only did I love it but with the look on my mums face made it even more special. On that day the staff seemed realy friendly and happy to help. on the next time I went to the shop to try it on again I still loved it they tryed the taira on me again to see if I still liked it all seemed fine when I was getting dressed and my mum when to pay some more money towards the dress the traira was missed place they kept acusing me and my mum of taking it untill they found it and we didnt get an apolgy. The next time I went in I took my maid of honour I wanted to show her my dress I got to show her my dress and she loved but I couldnt sure her my taira as some how the taria I had brought was not there they couldnt find it and didnt seem to know where it was I got promised that they would order me another one in but it wouldnt be there till august. Before I left they made sure they remdined me when my final payment was. I got told I go back when I wanted to try the dress and match it up with jewelry if i wanted but not to turn up to often wich I throught was a bit odd. I rang up the shop a few months before my dresses was due to come into the shop to see when I needed to book the fitting as I needed to book the time of as I work all week full time I was made to feel stupid for ringing up early as if they didnt undersant I work, My Mum went in to pay the final payment and it was sugested that she had taken the taira I was fuming why would my mum do that we had payed for it. I went in for my fitting the last one before I get to keep my dress I was so exsited my mum and my maid of honour came along it was big day it would be for any bride. I didnt think anything could go wrong. But it did they fitted me in a dress that was not the one I payed for it looked very simarl to my dress but it was not the I choose it didnt have the small detal on it that I fell in love with , to top it all of they put a taira on my head but that wasnt the one I payed for eather it was just one with glass diamonds on. I know it coudnt be mine I had matched up jewelry to the perlas on the taria I had not recived. The lable had been swticed on the traira they said they would go out the back to see if they had the other one there didnt even need a code they knew who had sold it to me and wich one it was as it was the sales womans favourite it didnt take them to go and find the exsited one. My mum and dad had to go in the shop to get them to make sure I was given the right dress on the final fitting they tried to pass the cheap dress off as mine again but my mum had taken photos of the dress I brought as she wanted not only for me to get what I had payed for but to have ny dream dress on my special day, They soon went in the back of the shop to change my dress they knew what they had done. On the final fitting none of the ladies that had delet with me before where there when I had the dress fitted and my maid of honour had to bring photos of the dress to make sure everything would be alright. The woman helped me in my dress and it was the right one I had to tell her more then once that my maid of honour needed to learn how to do the dress up but she didnt seem to want here to touch it but at least i got my dress. they do sell nice dresses but customer sevice is shocking please be cearful if you by a dress from hear make sure you get what you payed for as you only get your special day once

Do not use this store ever. They are advocating people to loose weight to look “good” this is disgusting. They should be avoided at all costs. I hope they can sleep at night knowing people will suffer eating disorders and mental issues thanks to this so called advice.

Whilst many occasion wear/bridal shops have imposing staff and limited choices the selection of dresses and staff here were helpful and accomodating. Very pleased.

Wedding dress sorted. Friendly staff but keep very professional.

I went in looking for a veil, the lady here was really helpful, I would recommend this shop any day!

The young girl that greeted us wasnt very helpful and made us feel uncomfortable and out of place.
