Good place for those who love designer clothes. Was served by Lola and Tristan both times and both were really helpful in showing round. they have a wide range to pick from for those who are into the certain brands they like!!

Bought a belstaff cap on Saturday picked up the one on display in blue I wanted,  assistant said I’ll get you one from behind, someone sent to get one,  that was put straight into a bag but was black when I got home.  - tried to phone Saturday afternoon on the number displayed unanswered. Went back to Leicester today no blue caps left none at Fosse Park either - pretty poor customer service all round really

My review is for the Guerlain counter within Flannels.  Amazing customer service from Lola; helpful, informed and professional but very friendly with it.  The quality of the products is excellent and this is now my chosen brand for skincare, make up and perfume.  Lola has helped me with my choices and her recommendations are spot on.  Thank you Lola.

Visited this store today and was helped by Tristan who was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable! Taught me so much about upcoming brands. Such a credit to the store. Totally spaced and left before I could buy the last pair of Alyx loafers.

Staff were spot on, the tall white lad was very very helpful. Can't fault anyone or anything about the shopping experience.

Never been here before, I was on the hunt for something new, the young blonde gent working in the skincare section helped me feel at ease, he shown me products eye cream and made me feel comfortable. Also given me shampoo samples too. Service I like! Caroline.

Customer Service I experienced in this shop was absolutely terrible. I went in to buy some balenciaga trainers with my husband,  the girl that served me  was extremely rude and acted liked she didn't want to be there seemed to be a problem asking for help.  Needless to say I won't be going back to this store and brought them from another retailer.

Thank you to the young man who was working in Aveda but helped me with Estée Lauder! Super friendly and helpful. Made buying makeup which is stressful for me, a very easy experience.
