Terrible experience! First I had to chase where the pizza was delivered. After 7 phone calls to unhelpful shop staff pizza was delivered and it was wrong pizza! Not recommended as the worst Dominos I ever had so greasy you could not eat it. Grease actually went through the box and stained the bedding
First time ordering from this particular Domino's. Fast delivery, friendly driver, food was delicious. Nothing negative to say. I highly recommend. I have ordered a medium thin crust half/half pizza half veggie supreme no tomato add chicken, half Texas bbq as it is and a 500ml drink. It was part of a deal. I also ordered chicken wings on the side, the sauce that comes with it is very nice!
They missed the toppings for the second time already, and no one picks up the phone had to ring three times. I hope they improve. Thank you Food: 2/5
Delivery drivers don't know how to drive. I have a near miss every time I pass this store. They either pull out without looking and signalling or perform an illegal U-turn. The traffic lights outside the store mean nothing to them. Do better, you're supposed to be professional drivers.Food: 5/5
Went in store and bought 2 personal pizzas £7.99 each. Only after I ordered did I see on the menu collection special £7.99 for a medium pizza. The till staff could have said "actually this is a better deal" or something. So yes they have made more money but its extremely poor customer service. Still stood in the store writing this now!
Managed to get an order in just before the cut off, and the store accepted it and delivered quickly ... foods too hot to eat straight away .. Awesome team - 5 stars Delivered with a smile - thanks David
The average price dropped, but so has the quality. I wouldn't pay more than £4 for one of these pizzas.Food: 3/5
took them 3 hours to produce this monstrosity of a pizza, absolutely ice cold almost broke my teeth biting the crust. Will probably be in the hospital tomorrow
Very disappointed. I ordered a pizza via their website to be collected. Got text to say it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I got there they couldn't find it and I had to wait while they cooked another one. I asked if I could have a free garlic bread and they agreed. They were apologetic and threw in some cookies as well. The thing I was most uncomfortable about was the whole time I was there wearing my mask, the staff, although they had masks on, the majority of them were wearing them not covering their noses. I won't be going back.
Pizza came barely cooked, dough balls had no cheese in them and the chips were hard on the inside , really poorFood: 1/5
