I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered pizza and sides at 6:45pm. Settled down to watch programs and hopefully tuck into a pizza at the same time. An hour later, 7:45pm, app states pizza is finally out for delivery. So we wait. At just gone 8pm, I decide to ring the place, as it’s only 5 minutes down the road. The staff member checks and says it’s out for delivery and should be with you in a few minutes. After 15 minutes I call back. Another staff member apologies and says the driver should be with us soon as according to his log, he is due back at the place in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, and by this time it has been 2 hours since our order was placed, I call back again and ask to speak to the manager. This incompetent man then tries to tell me that not only has the driver been to our address (which we’ve been standing in looking out of the front window waiting for our pizza in for the last hour) but he has also called me to which he got no reply, and this to the same phone that has been in my possession the whole time, has been used to call the place 3 times and which has not rung once. So either the driver is lying to the manager or he manager is lying to me, a paying customer. He then goes on to tell my wife that he expects us to pay for stone cold pizza which is over 2 hours late. I’m sorry, but even on a busy Saturday night, that is absolutely diabolical.

Very poor customer service. Called 10 mins before closing and was told delivery would take past midnight. Called their bluff, so I phoned again and this time a girl called Abby told me that they're already closed despite the clock still saying they're well within opening hours. I've worked at Domino's before so I know they're supposed to answer calls until they're actually closed. She tried to claim that their clock was saying it's 11 o'clock, then after I was adamant, she regressed and decided that she would take my order. I'm actually glad I didn't waste my money in the end. It was only cos I was desperate. Their pizzas at this branch aren't good anyway.
