Swift delivery . Giving it a four stars because I have ordered thrice from there and once from another dominos near by. The taste difference was very obvious . Once the pizza sauce was too much and dripping down each slice. Second time the pizza dough/base tasted a bit weird .

Walked in after an online order to wait to collect. went to the till and told the worker that I needed to pay but he simply ignored me and walked away. When I picked up my food I said I still needed to pay to which he asked his coworkers who was meant to be on the till. Someone then walked up, did something with the till, then again walked away, so I was left waiting for a good 5 minutes to pay for my food, to which I ended up having to pay with my friends £5 to just give and walk away as I knew that waiting for them to actually listen to me that I needed to pay would take a ridiculous amount of time. Then, as I got home I checked my food. I had ordered a personal margarita and a garlic bread pizza. the margarita was all good, but as seen in the photo, my garlic bread was half pizza, which I had not ordered. Not very happy with my experience, and won't place collection orders again.

I was one of the customers here when all the computers and orders seem to go very wrong and the team here did their absolute best to sort it all out. It was obviously an exceptionally busy night and kudos to everyone who kept their cool during the whole thing.

This place is very busy and is popular among university students. It is better to order on-line because there will be a long wait in the evening if you walk in. Pizza was okay but a bit pricey.

Pizza didn’t turn up : I’d had a day from hell so my sister decided to order me pizza to cheer me up and it never arrived. She rang the restaurant and they said there was nothing she could do as she didn’t have access to the order anymore. Gutted

Poor customer service, people in there behaving like they aren't at work and having banter infront of customers. Got scammed and charged for stuff we didn't order and weren't allowed to downsize our pizza even though we asked many times. Shocking behaviour.

double whammy of disappointment Ordered for the family on Saturday, it took nearly an hour to arrive, with the tracker saying “quality check” for over 20 minutes. When it did finally arrive, two ice creams were missing and the food wasn’t even hot! It was lukewarm but because it was already nearly closing and we’d sent the delivery driver back once, some of us just heated the pizzas up ourselves. Clearly our order was forgotten about amongst them just wanting to close up. Second, I ordered on Monday for just a few bits, dip, coleslaw, and two white magnum ice creams and one was a “white chocolate and cookies” which seems like a minor issue and still edible but unfortunately, this mistake was made for world fussiest eater and I can’t even touch the stuff. Was too late by the time I noticed to do anything about it  Very disappointed as we usually order from here but these last couple times have been naff sadly

Order pizza to be delivered for 6pm. Went out to meet. Hadn't arrived by ten past and then received a missed call. The phone was in my hand with headphones on so I could received the call. Phoned and was informed that the driver had left. Was told he would be back within five to ten minutes. After another fifteen minutes still had not arrived. Called to chase again and was told that he was there now. No sign of anyone. Said I would wait another couple of minutes and then would call back for a refund. After another five still no sign.  Complete waste of time.

Only just started to order from here about my 4th time im well impressed food lovely and hot and delivery is so quick will deffo keep using this branch x
