I would not even give them 1 star if it was possibles. Food quality and quantity is very poor, but their customer service and delivery is far worse and always shocking. Extremely useless manager and receptionist, the people who answers the phone are hardly able to carry their on voices . Last few times we have order, either we got the wrong food , cold food , very late delivery ( my house is only 5 minuets away from the shop) or last time which food never arrived. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Domino’s pizza Shorham by sea = THIEVES.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS TAKEAWAY- THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, FOOD NEVER ARRIVES! This is the third time we have ordered from Dominoes in Shoreham and this is the third time they have not sent a complete food order. The first time i thought it was just a genuine mistake but this is a pattern now. Every single time, a part of our order has been missing. My little boy was gutted not to have his food arrive when the rest of the family's food came. When we rang them up to complain they were disrespectful and rude on the phone saying it would arrive "ASAP"- what a joke! it took them an hour to send the food we had already paid for. In that time the rest of our food had gone cold (we didnt want to start eating when my little boy's food hadn't arrived yet as he was already upset). This has happened THREE times now. Just dont bother with them- there are many FAR better takeaways out there than this bunch of incompetents. I mean, how hard is it to take a few seconds to just check you have the order correct? its hardly rocket science is it? Urgh. Terrible, just terrible.

Staff are magnificentently patient with some challenging customers. Great service! Great food!

Awful service. Liars and slackers. Arrived 3 hours after being ordered. Look somewhere else for takeaway. DO NOT ORDER HERE. We will never order here again. Also they forgot two bottles of drink and dipping sauce.

We were in the shop for 35 minutes after suggested by the app, because name a reason. And were given free coke, which I don't drink and free undercooked wedges to make up for it. Boo
