Waited an hour for two pizzas. Phoned the guy hung up with saying bye. No customer service skills. Imagine being so useless you can't make a pizza within a reasonable time frame. Worst Domino's I've ever dealt with and ordered off.

2 years ago a delivery driver crashed into the back of my car. I was never compensated or given any inclination that they cared/ wanted to sort things out. The manager 'Taz' was on holiday each of the three seperate times I rang the restaurant in order to determine what was being done to rectify the problem. After I found out the delivery driver whom caused the collision was fired I let bygones be bygones... until now. This is by far the worst establishment I've ever tried to procure food from and if it weren't for the fact that not many other places are open at this time (currently 00:46) they would never receive my custom again. Obviously one customer doesn't matter to this corporate giant, and that is made glaringly obvious by the speed of delivery, customer service over the phone and hit and miss food quality. If there was a local Pizza Hut I doubt I'd ever order from Dominoes Walkden again.

All staff are very distracted and don't pay attention to the customer resulting in excessive waits for those who are there to pickups. There was someone who was in the shop waiting for a long time and nobody bothered to ask him if he needed anything, turned out his pizzas were just sat there getting cold the whole time. With mine they hadn't even started cooking mine even after I explained I waiting for a pickup.

Been using these for a while now Had to wait a few times (Mainly Fridays and Saturdays at peak times so expected) Ordered tonight and missed the water from my deal so driver asked if I wanted it now or if I wanted to wait Said wanted now so waited for water to be brought back. Asked he could knock quietly as I have a 4 day old baby as well - we asked if they could knock quietly first time they arrived as well- both times were rather loud and when he brought the water back he didn't seem bothered by his mistake and seemed like he wanted his day to be over. Hoping this was a one off.
