Probably worst KFC in country! Staff attitude stinks. Bad attitude when you ask them questions, thinking you couldn’t hear them speak and make fun. Not the first time Chicken is cold. We ordered the bbq chicken pieces. The older fella should clean up a bit, not happy he was touching and making the food! Looks like he was off the streets. Generally if you don’t like the job don’t do the job!!! Customers can’t put up with your problems, we are here to pay for your food it’s not free, so service with a smile and a welcoming attitude!!

Good place to go to if you want quick bite to eat. It's pretty cheap there are restrooms here. Takes cards & cash & more I bet. Only small place next door to Macdonald. Wheelchair entrance.

Cold fries, bucket chicken was so greasy, chicken fillet meal was so dry it went in the bin. Definitely not worth the £40 I just paid. Waited weeks for this, really disappointed and won't go again.

Food is nice but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Rudest staff I've ever come across. Disgusting

Customer service was for once was good. They explained they had little in but they couldn't swap anything because of the lack of food. However the worst thing about off at the minute is the lack of chicken like the side of it. I ordered a zinger meal and It was thin, less flavour yet more flaky batter. The hot chicken wings was more batter than chicken and it was black chicken from the veins (ew). The meal overall was well cold. The hottest part of the meal was the beans, THE BEANS. I'm sorry but they should be hotter than the meal. But don't get me started on the gravy. Or should I say brown water, what happened to the gravy, it use to be thick.... tbh if you have read this far I would say GO MACDONALDS for a betterish meal.
