I highly recommend this store. Such a well organised establishment. Customer service is 5 star and the time of delivery was within the time stated. The delivery driver was so polite. The current manager is a total idiot. No time to talk to customers or be civil. I made an honest mistake (even though my partner saw me order what I thought I ordered on-line - the checkout didn't resemble it). I spoke to a really nice chap but he passed me to the manager. I looked online and saw the error but he couldn't care less and just put the phone down on me. I never complain but this time I was so incensed by his attitude I felt the need to call him back. He just didn't get that even though it was my fault, sincerity and politeness to a customer means more. He needs to be replace ASAP if this new franchise is to survive. I can see a high turnover of staff at this place even before it happens!

Awful Pizza - looks like top of the sauce bottle came off. Fortunately one half of the pizza was edible.

i order one pizza today , i have been track cooking time and when i was arrived in the shop on the screen show me that it s ready for collection and some one from the staff told me that something it s wrong ( i must to wait to make another order) so , it s normal to happened that ? i m very sad .i hope to not happen again in the future.
