Bad customer service!! 
A very young boy took our order and missed an item off the list (twice this has happened) when i rung up, he denied it and hung up on me!!! I called back and no-one other than the child there speaks English....!! Then they said they would charge me if i wanted it! 
Food warm (not hot) and chips hard and overcooked.

Have been going here for Chinese and fish & chips for 11 years and have never had a problem with any of the food. Normally use delivery and it arrives quicker than they say and always red hot. Highly recommended

Always pleasant and good food quickly apart from when the really busy times when you can wait a bit longer then normal.

Had fish and chips last week.  Fish was OK but the chips were dreadfull.  Pre cooked dry and hard.  Won't go back
