Don't know why we bother with this place. They get orders wrong, Cannot cook fries to save their lives and always forget stuff. Last 2 times the food has been cold and sparce on toppings. For the price it's a rip off and definitely not ordering again. Here's the korean bbq uncooked fries with no sauce.
Ordered a pizza, tracked it on the app. It was in quality control after cooking for 20 mins. Then tracked delivery which cleared delivered other orders first. The result was a cold pizza. This is the second time gave benefit of the doubt first time. Would not recommend especially as they are about a quarter of a mile away from my house.
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent order placed with your store. We spent £30.99 on pizzas, and upon delivery, they arrived barely warm — which was extremely disappointing, especially as we live less than half a mile from the store.nnI telephoned the store immediately to report the issue and spoke with a member of staff named Dan. Regrettably, Dan was very rude, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility for the matter. To make things worse, he ended the call abruptly while I was still trying to explain the situation.nnI attempted to call the store again several times, but my calls were not answered. It appears that my number was recognised and deliberately ignored.nnThis level of service is unacceptable. Not only did we receive subpar food, but the unprofessional and discourteous behaviour from your staff made the experience even more frustrating. As regular customers of Domino’s, we expected better.
Lovely kind staff, order received really quick and food was great quality, the jesus man was really nice
The pizza was really disappointing – the toppings and cheese kept falling off and the slices completely fell apart when picked up. It looked messy and was difficult to eat. The base was also thicker and drier than expected for a thin crust. For the price, I expected much better quality. I won’t be ordering this one again.
